The staff was very attentive & sweet. the room was comfy, not to mention views over the city from the window. - An iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed were available in the room. - the provided service was exceptional.

This is a hotel go-to for Tepatitlan de Morelos! The venue has exceptionally nice location in the middle of jackson. There is Porco Mio Bistro located in 15 minutes' walk, where you can eat. The staff are very friendly and amicable and provide an efficient service...

The hotel had some downsides too. our room was never cleaned and we didn't receive clean towels or extra bottles of water.

The hotel is lovely and brand new-looking, and the rooms look exactly like the photographs. The staff, from front desk to breakfast servers and housekeeping, are super sweet and attentive. The parking is excellent, and the gym is convenient for an early workout. The air conditioner in my room was the best I've ever encountered - dead silent, efficient, and easy to regulate the temperature.
